The agency route
- Six weeks of discovery decks
- Four people, none of them senior
- Change requests billed hourly
- Ships in month five, if at all
Loudstart takes your idea from a blank page to a real product in production — designed, built, deployed and in front of users. One flat fee, one senior builder, no six-month roadmap.
The problem
Agencies scope for three months and bill for six. Hiring takes a quarter. Meanwhile the only thing that actually tells you whether the idea works — a real product, with real users touching it — never gets built.
The sprint
No black box. You get a demo link from day three and see the product grow every single day until it goes live.
A 90-minute call where we cut your idea down to the sharpest version that can ship in two weeks. You leave with a written scope, a fixed price and a launch date.
Screens, user flows and the data model, designed in high fidelity so there is nothing left to imagine. You approve it before a single line of code gets written.
The core product: accounts, database, and the main flow that makes your product worth using. A live staging link lands in your inbox at the end of day three and updates daily.
Payments, notifications, the admin view, mobile layouts and the edge cases. This is where it stops feeling like a prototype and starts feeling like a product.
QA pass, performance, error tracking, analytics, SEO basics, your domain and the production deploy. We break it on purpose so your users do not have to.
You get the repo, the infrastructure, the credentials and a recorded walkthrough, plus 30 days of support while you put it in front of real users.
Deliverables
Not a clickable prototype. A real, deployed application on your own domain with SSL, monitoring and a CDN in front of it.
Email, magic link or Google sign-in, sessions, password resets, roles and permissions — the boring parts, done properly.
A sane schema you will not have to throw away, plus an internal dashboard so you can see and edit your data without a developer.
Stripe checkout, subscriptions, webhooks and billing states wired end to end. You can charge money on launch day.
A product interface people trust and a marketing page that converts — written and designed, not dropped in from a template.
Your repo, your hosting account, your API keys, clean commits and a README. Nothing is locked to us. Ever.
Fit
Six shapes of product that fit comfortably inside a two-week sprint.
Multi-tenant dashboards, subscriptions, onboarding, the works.
Chat, agents, retrieval over your own documents, generation pipelines with real evals.
Two-sided flows, listings, search, messaging and split payments.
Kill the spreadsheet. Ops dashboards, approvals, imports and audit trails.
React Native for iOS and Android from one codebase, submitted to the stores.
High-craft marketing sites with waitlists, analytics and copy that sells.
Not sure yours fits in two weeks? Send it over — if it does not, we will tell you straight and suggest what to cut.
Pricing
Everything you need to put a real product in front of real users.
Fixed scope. If we miss day 14, the remaining 50% is on us.
Some products need four. We run back-to-back sprints at $4,500 per week, scoped one sprint at a time so you can stop whenever you have got what you need.
Most founders keep us for a month or two of iteration on real user feedback. Optional, month to month, cancel any time. No lock-in, no retainer minimums.
“The whole point is that you find out fast. Two weeks of building beats two months of planning, every time.”
FAQ
Yes, because the scope is set on day zero and does not move. The sprint works by being ruthless about what makes v1: one core flow, done really well, plus the essentials around it. Anything else goes on a next-sprint list. That discipline is the product, not a shortcut.
About two hours a week. The kickoff call, a daily glance at the demo link, and quick answers when a decision needs you. If you disappear for a week the sprint pauses, and that is the only real risk to the timeline.
One senior builder, from the first wireframe to the production deploy. No junior handoff, no offshore team you never meet, no account manager sitting between you and the person building your product.
Completely. Everything is built in your repository and deployed to your accounts from day one. On day 14 you get the keys, a clean commit history and a walkthrough. No proprietary framework, no hosting you cannot leave.
Small changes are normal and free — that is what the daily demo is for. Changes that add scope get traded against something already planned, or moved to a follow-on sprint. Nothing gets billed by surprise.
A boring, proven stack: Next.js and TypeScript, Postgres, Tailwind and Stripe, with React Native when you need mobile. Chosen so any developer you hire later can pick it up on day one.
We run two sprints at a time, so the next slot is usually one to two weeks out. Booking is a kickoff call and a 50% deposit — get in touch and we will tell you the next open date.
Let’s talk
Send a paragraph about what you want to build. You will get a straight answer on whether it fits a 14-day sprint — usually within a day, and always from a human.
